Great breakfast for the price of the room. I turned the light on to find lots of Bed Bugs crawling around the bed. I went to see the receptionist who immediately apologised after seeing them and moved me to another room.
I am not squeamish but my whole body was itching with the thought of these bugs. In the morning I asked for a refund for my room as I had not slept at all. The receptionist said he would ask his manager. I had an email from the manager to say that the room has been quaranteened and fumigated to remove the Bed Bugs and that I could have a discount off my room on my next visit! I said I was not happy with this and I wanted a refund. The next email accused me of not paying for my rooms in full anyway so they have taken more money from my account without permission!
I now need to check my bank thoroughly as I really am not sure if I owed this money or not.
I recommend anybody staying at this hotel double check what they take from your account as they have admitted that they do make mistakes!! Lastly the manager accused me of asking for a refund for both rooms which is a lie as I told the receptionist that my friends room was fine! Avoid this hotel at all costs!
