An absolutely stunning resort fabulously managed by proprietors Jim and Gordon. The whole place is immaculate clean. Each member of staff worked tirelessly to make our stay perfect. Wonderful and authentic Thai food was delicious. We had an issue shortly after arriving, it was dealt with sensitivity, professionally and completely by Jim and Gordon. Our sincere thanks to the entire team for a truly remarkable holiday.

We found ourselves in Gent by accident due to train issues in Brussels and we were thrilled to find it had air conditioned rooms considering we were traveling during a heat wave. The room was very comfortable and clean but the best part was the customer service experience we had with the front desk.
The two young woman helped us get in touch with Eurostar and rebook our train and order us a cab back to the train station. My family and I can't thank them enough for helping us get back on track with our vacation.
