Answer to the owner. I wrote a review here in January regarding the Sauna and the service. I was so outraged that I actually sent an inquiry to an agency in Brussels which takes care of claims of misconducts from tourists in the city. Nothing came out of it though. Interestingly the response from the owner was "To come back to the problem with the client, you should know that the client wanted to make sport in the gym with sports shoes, shorts and a T-shirt! I remind you that we are a sauna, we are not a gym!

The bad linguistic skills in the owner's reactions are similar to those positive placed the last few days. Too late to reverse the existing bad reputation! Rude Staff at the bar, and the receptionist was more interested in playing with his phone, rather then serving people, they need to remember its not only people who speak french visiting this place.
The layout of the venue is weird, and staff unhelpful to explain it to 1st time visitors there. I went there around 8 p. The sauna looks fine, cleanliness is average, showers and toilets not in shape as new. I went directly to the steam hamam cruising area Very friendly staff at the entrance.

Apparently we were just too early, later it would be crowded at like 10, 11AM Overall the sauna looks very average. They have a small pool, a whirl pool, a dry sauna and a hamam which both are very spacious, as well as a dancefloor. The upper floors are all cabins. Not judging the audience, as I have only been there once, I'd say from the offer and the looks, and of course cleanliness, this is pretty average.
But I guess someone who comes here doesn't necessarily expect a clean nice spa ;. Late afternoon. Tons of arab types inside, unfortunately all of them bold, hairy and out of shape.
I like exotic men, but I like them only when they care at least a bit about their looks. Doing some sports, going for a bit of healthy food, from time to time a look in the mirror and they will be judged in a far more positive way. Big steam room with a lot of cruising inside.
