Stayed here for one night during our tour of Belgium. The plastic decking on the mezzanine patio at the rear is cracked you need to look where you are walking. The rooms are basic with no air con, no lift to get to them and has a narrow small area where the toilet is located so large people would struggle to use comfortably.

The breakfast was excellent and they went out of their way to provide a "lunch pack" on our last morning as we had to leave early.

Cute small hotel above the newspaper shop. Stayed a few days in Durbuy in hotel La Librairie. The hotel is in a very central place in Durbuy and the restaurants and brasseries are very easy accessible.
A positive aspect is the free parking facility. The rooms are cosy, clean and have a modern touch. The bathroom has a mat glass door with not too much sound absorption so one should feel very comfortable with the person they are traveling with because there are quite some bathroom-phobes out there who could have quite the toilet shyness I'm sure you can imagine what I mean. All in all, the hotel is worth the visit, but a bit on the expensive side approx 90 Euro's per night, breakfast included.

Location is great, on the edge of the town centre on the main road, so easy to find, and overlooking the river. Staff are friendly and helpful. The car park is at the rear and to gain access to it you have to negotiate a narrow and steep driveway between two buildings a few yards from the hotel - this leads down to a little lane beside the river.
