Don't fall for the premium prices and four star rating. The room and bathroom needs refurbishing. The furniture is old and scuffed. Clip flooring - no carpets! It needs sprucing up! Sad to say how mistaken I was. First impression Walked in through the glass doors to see the reception area. Yes you guessed it.. Settled for the 2 bottles of water in the fridge instead. Of course Krasnapolsky is a bigger hotel with more services then we have. We are one of the smaller hotels in the chain with limited services to provide to the guest but even though we try to make the guest satisfaction high.

Can I ask if you called the reception to ask for milk because the receptionist would have been glad to help you. Thank you again. Usually I am not the one to leave reviews for anything but I am taking special effort to actually create an account and leave review for this appalling hotel. Thats how bad it is. Check in was fine but the things started unravelling after that. I usually have habit of drinking tea before going to bed. See pics I call reception only to find out this hotel has no room service at all. The guy at reception had to go in every room to see if he can swap any kettle bht he could not leave reception as he was expecting few more guests to check in.
Next morning i spoke to another guy at reception who showed me brand new kettle kept in one of reception locker but the guy from previous night ….
