General manager Ewan makes it his business to talk with guests and keep his finger on the pulse. This is an absolute gem of a hotel and is not to be missed when in Penang. My family of ten stayed in the two grand apartments at Seven Terraces between July 13th and 17th Beautifully restored homes and very inspiring. The location is perfect with easy access to many places of importance. The hotel offers many interesting tips and suggestions for Georgetown and Penang which is certainly worth pursuing.
The staff at Seven Terraces made a big difference to our holiday and stay. Ewan, Yunn, Faizal, Aruna, Wendy - were very very responsive and efficient. We highly recommend the bar and the the restaurant Kebaya. Tea at 4 pm was also a highlight for us as we gathered around the lap pool. The two grand apartments Argus and Stewart are ideal for a large family. The hotel is very personal, small and yet offers many spaces to retreat and read. We highly recommend the Seven Terraces.
